[TOMT] Animation Video with Music

Looking for a short anime style animatic or anime clip: girl works for a mega-corp that “helps” other worlds, one world that they decide to help is rich in oil, the company decides to drill the planet out, and she destroys/punches through the giant drill. It has a song sung by the girl, seen on YouTube(don’t know if that’s where it originated from), and is generally very upbeat and colorful.
