About the Role

You will assist with content creation across multiple brands, including both graphic design and video editing:

• Editing short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Clean cuts, subtitles, colour correction, transitions
• Exporting content in correct formats
• Using AI tools to create graphics and enhance video content
• Following existing brand styles and directions
• Staying updated with social media trends

Expected Monthly Deliverables

You will help produce a total of around 43 content pieces per month, composed of:

• 15 posts or static graphics
• 8 additional social media graphics
• 4 story graphics
• 2 short-form videos
• 12 shorts (simple edits)
• 2 long-form videos

📌 These numbers may adjust slightly depending on project needs.

📌 Note: There are already references, previous outputs, brand guides, and templates, so most tasks involve following existing styles with little to minimal conceptualising.

Requirements

• Filipino applicants only, location based in the Philippines
• 1–2 years of experience
• Uses AI to work efficiently (but not heavily reliant on it)
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, ElevenLabs, Gemini, or similar tools
• Loves social media and stays updated with trends
• Strong attention to detail
• Good time management; must meet deadlines
• Team player, resourceful, independent, takes initiative, and values honest communication

Compensation

Monthly rate: ₱20,000.00
