accidentally sizing down

i just woke up and found out my 10g septum jewerly is missing. so then i wanted to check my phone and i found it right next to it. i literally took it out while sleeping :((( so i went to put the jewerly back in right. it doesnt fit anymore. so now im back at 12g :( and i was already considering maybe stretching to 8g :///
