Can y'all give me any tips to improve and make this game run smoother

Hi all this is potentially the most chaotic and close game I've ever had. The game started I was getting rolled for a bit then I noticed I was the only support on zen (set up for failure) so I switched to Juno so I could spread heals more efficiently and the whole game was tough with everybody trying their best and the rein was feeding for a lot of the game but seemed to sync in better towards the end and with me being the only healer for a portion of the game I was struggling to find time to make plays and even when we got a 2nd support I felt like they weren't healing as much as we needed and by the end of the game I had nearly triple their healing (although it's not good to go off stats) I felt like this game was way more stressful then it had to be but any tips from you all to help me improve and make these games smoother and A LOT less stressful I would greatly appreciate it.
