Actors who authentically embody playfulness/cheekiness

Just like the title says, are there any actors who are really good at looking naturally playful? I feel like every time there is a character type that is supposed to look cheeky, offhand and/or sly, they always seem to be put upon, like you know the actor themself is not naturally that easygoing and offhand (like you can tell they are not the mood maker or that funny off set). Sorry to say this, but an example for me would be Woo Bin in Genie, Make a Wish. Not to say he is not a very good actor, it's just that the comedy that derives from him being cheeky and clumsy looked a little unnatural (to me). The only Korean actors that I have seen embody this character type well in Kdrama land, without being annoying, (in my opinion) are Kim Seon Ho and Jung Kyung Ho. (Jang Ki Yong almost got there for me, but I am waiting for more episodes of Dynamite Kiss to come out before I reach my conclusion.) A western comparison would be Ryan Gosling. Can anybody recommend any other actors you have seen be really good at this character type, as it is one of my favourite types to watch in romcoms; extra points if the character is not a CEO, as I really prefer when the guy is not rich/has a huge class difference from the FL.
