Opinions, please, what to do? PROD

I'm phasing away from holding on to things I don't use or need, and this is one I'm not sure what to do.

It holds some sentimental value since I had a fellow veteran do custom work that gave it a lot more performance(cphp at 28fpe). It has been out of commission for over 3 years due to laziness, I have all of the seals to replace the entire gun, just never got around to it with other life things.

I've listed it on marketplace for 200$ which includes way too much extra shit I'm sure the buyer would have no clue what it's for, but no one wants it unless it's less than 100$ I'm assuming because it's "non working" and they have to fix it themselves even though I'm giving them to tools to repair it....

Should I just repair it and try to get at least half the value of the gun(not including any value of the performance parts and time)?
