Sentai delivery time

Hey all, semi new to collecting. I ordered a bunch from Sentai filmworks two weeks ago and still don’t have anything outside of a confirmation of the order. No tracking number or anything yet. My Crunchyroll orders were made the same day and showed up already. Is Sentai known for taking forever? I live in the US if that helps.
