Neither confirm or deny these allegations...

So I heard this 92A e5 wrote up her own award using bullets she did not earn nor participated in. I assumed she sent it up during her short time covering down as PSG. That way it wouldn't be noticeable by her fellow peers.

Whats worse is that those bullets are for a E6 within her platoon. That E6 was an OC during NTC back in Sept.

How would you go about this situation? What other similar stories have you seen or heard?
