I keep starting new things and then bailing on them. My motivation only shows up at night but in the morning?

Empty. Zero. It’s the same story every time: I get a new idea, motivation goes crazy, I already picture the final result, like “yeah this time I’m actually doing it.” I make plans, hype myself up… and then next day? Nothing. No desire at all.

And it’s not even the ideas I’ve got too many of those. The real problem is my brain picks the easiest shit every time: lying down, scrolling my phone, gaming, pushing everything to “tomorrow.”

There’s a fear of failing. A fear of looking stupid on camera. A fear that nobody will care about what I’m doing. So every project becomes a one-day burst… and then a crash. And after that guilt again.

I’m honestly tired of the “start quit” cycles. I wanna actually finish at least one thing. Just one.

Anyone else been through this? How did you get out of it? What ACTUALLY helped? I don’t mean motivational quotes or those cheesy YouTube videos I’m talking real methods that worked in your life.
