How do I cover a 30 minute meal in under 10 minutes

My ETL yelled at me all day on channel 1 to the point where other leads asked me if I was fine. I obviously wasn’t because my ETL was yelling at me on channel 1.

The breaking point was when my ETL gave me a task and gave me 15 minutes to complete it. I wasn’t even halfway done when 15 minutes elapsed. ETL is yelling at me on the walkie and comes finds me doing my task. ETL yells at me for not finishing it.

Yes it’s the same thing as covering a 30 minute meal in under 10 minutes, impossible.

ETL also yells at me for being late from covering a 15 when the person takes longer than 15. Ok I’ll leave it and hopefully no guests come and need a TM.
