I would like some suggestions on maybe not top of the line, but a solid gaming laptop that will last me several years, while I don't have the ability to have my dream pc.

I have been using this shitty gaming laptop for like 7 years, and it's at the end of it's gaming ability. So with the holiday season coming up and whatnot, I'm so lost at what I should get while not being financially free to have my dream setup.

I don't play the most demanding games, I play more older and new indie and less demanding games. The most demanding games I really play are roguelikes and bullet heaven/hell, especially those with the amount of shit on my screen later. I just want something that can last for a while and run smoothly that I can run games well and also do work and some other projects as well.
