Blue Amex with Disney benefit not going through with Disney+ BF deals

Has anyone used their Amex with the Disney+ benefit to purchase the black friday deals? I am trying to purchase the Disney+ and Hulu no ad deal and it keeps coming up that there is an issue processing payment. I called Amex and they said there is nothing wrong with the card and that there are no attempt to from Disney. I put my card in several times and even tired it through the Hulu site all off links on the Amex site. Do you think they blocked Amex that has the 7.00 benefit?
