Who else has or had a herniated disc?

I’m 21 and got a herniated disc 5 months ago. Been doing physio with those traction tables, and lower back and core exercises but it seems to be taking awhile to see improvement. I just got the MRI results, says my disc is pushed out at L4/L5 and L5/S1, and also a disc tear as well. Just curious on who else experienced this and how long it took to heal if it healed?
