KSA Contract

New board passer here! I’m interested in working in Saudi since I heard some agencies accept nurses w/o experience. I’m just wondering how the contract works. Nagtatake ba ng cut yung agency sa sweldo or do we pay them up front to connect us to hospitals and do the paperwork? Would appreciate all your answers! :)
