Nipple piercing bloody + crusty after 2 years

Hi! I got my nipples pierced August 2023 with titanium grade silver bars. 2 years later, I still have the same piercings.

When I got the piercing done I was shocked at how little it hurt! After I got them pierced, I was soaking them 2 times a day with saline solution.

I still get crusties on them, usually if I forget to clean them, which I’ve seen is sometimes normal. However, sometimes I’ll get little bumps of puss on the edge that end up popping and bleeding. It’s an on again off again thing that has been occurring for a while so I feel like if it were an infection, I would’ve known by now or it would have gotten progressively worse.

Anyone have any tips? Anyone experience the same thing? Should I (finally) have someone look at them?
