Videos with face

Hi all I was wondering if anyone else is expirencing the same issue as me. I’ve been posting on YouTube since November 2023 and I make sports centered content. On the shorts where I don’t talk or show my face, I get thousands of views. However, any video I show my face or talk I get no views and YouTube automatically shuts off my comments. I’ve tried marking the videos “not for kids” (even though my videos are appropriate for kids) and it still doesn’t work. I have a younger looking face but I’m an adult and I’ve submitted pictures of my drivers license and passport multiple times for other “verification”. This is extremely frustrating. I tried contacting support and they told me they don’t see an issue on their end but obviously something is wrong here. I’m just wondering if anyone else has had the same issue and if you did, how did you fix it?
