Residency advising

Residency Application

Hi everyone, I’m starting early for the next cycle and I’m considering using a residency-match advising service (help with ERAS, personal statement, CV/activities, program list, interview prep, etc.).

I’ve had no interviews in past cycles and have a few red flags, so I’m trying to figure out if professional advising actually makes a difference or if it’s not worth the money.

Also do any reputable services offer free initial consultations so I can at least see whether they can help before committing?

Any general advice or personal experiences would be really appreciated. Thanks!
