Help finding Russian Magazine

I'm trying to help a friend track down a specific family-related article that ran in the Soviet magazine Ogonyok / «Огонёк» somewhere around 1963-1964

What we (think we) know:

• It was definitely in Ogonyok
• Roughly 1963 or 1964
• It was on one of the last pages of an issue
• It told the story of jewelry taken from a Jewish man during WWI|
• The man was a Holocaust survivor from what is now Ukraine (then Soviet)
• The surname in Russian could've been printed as: Гальперт / Гольперт / Галперт / Голперт / Холперт / Халперт

The family used to have the issue and lost it, and now we're trying to track it down as part of documenting his story

I emailed a couple of major Russian libraries that hold Ogonvok and one suggested I ask a Russian friend to search the digital archive (have to be local)

Would anybody in russia be willing to run this search for me please?
