Need help with Osmo Action 5 "corrupted" videos

I have about a 100 GB out of 238 on my Osmo Action 5 Go Pro camera. Looking back now just after the midpoint of all the videos, the rest display a file corrupted message when I try to plug them into capcut. When I open the videos on my pc with windows player, they are fuzzy and glitchy and pixelated although you can still kind of tell whats going on but definitely not usable.

How can I fix this? I need these videos and cant redo the work. Its for work purposes. On the Go Pro itself, the videos work properly, just when I try to view them on my pc. Please let me know as quick as possible thank you!
