Gigabyte z390 elite

Everytime I try to enter my bios setting by pressing del it takes me to Qflash. I tried opening boot manager to and it's the same thing immediately takes my to Qflash. Why is this happening. On the first boot I had access to my bios setting then after the computer booted into windows, it crash and I restarted it and now I don't have access to the bios settings. Please help me this is every annoying. I had another gigabyte board to before this one and it did the same thing only takes my to Qflash. Which is why I bought this motherboard and it's the same issue
