Which one of these Lenovos do you recommend?

I have been using a ThinkPad Edge for the last 12-15 years and looking to upgrade now. My current PC has 4 GB Ram and 500 HD (150 has been used). I need a new laptop primarily for Windows 11 and also I need a machine with more ram so I can learn and use analytical tools like advance Excel and Power BI for light to moderate use. Below are the specs and what I like about each PC. Budget is $750. I think I like the specs of the Yogas more but my mind is also thinking about the durability of ThinkPads (since I've had my current one for over 10 years). That's why I'm undecided.
