i'm new (LV11).. stuck in a quest, "Find the exit of Still Shore"

i was kinda stuck, in the dungeon looking for the exit or maybe a secret exit. I found it, but then I clicked on the multiplayer tab and it sent me to a different area that was not related to this quest..

Now I wanna get back to this quest and I can see it on my map, I can see the marker for the quest.. but it's underground and I have no idea how to get back underground to continue the quest.

Please help someone if you remember this quest or how to get back once you leave it and it's not completed
