How is GPA considered if you went to 2 undergrad schools?

I ended one school at 3.5 before transferring and switching majors, and graduating from a school with a 4.0.

For class profile purposes would I be counted as 4.0?

Just wondering if stats-hungry schools are more likely to accept me LOL.
