Are ThinkPads "sneeze-proof"?

Question / Problem

While I was working I accidentally sneezed on my E14 Gen7, the liquid that came from my sneeze landed on the upper left of my keyboard, right below the Esc and part of the "speakers" on the left.

I immediately cleaned the mess with a microfiber cloth (dry) as well as powering off the device. I tried looking into the gaps between the keys and couldn't see any residuals trapped under (not too sure).

I remembered the box mentioning that ThinkPads are "spill-proof", does that mean that I don't have to worry about my sneeze frying my circuit in the future? Or should I send it to a technician for checking?

I apologize if this seems like a dumb question but I always treat my laptops very well and just the thought that I might potentially mess it up over a sneeze is boiling my blood🥲.
