Acura MDX Roof Rails

Hey,

I recently bought a 23' MDX tech, and it's a great car. I am thinking of adding roof rails to the car and am wondering a couple things.

1. My mdx is gray, and the tech has silver trim pieces. All the rails on amazon are black, would those look good on my car or would it be mismatched with the silver trims, anyone have experience with this?
2. Are the rails on Amazon good? I see some options for around $150 and I think they should be good, anyone have experience with those?
3. My car is a CPO, so would adding these rails from Amazon void any sort of warranty?
