Where to buy light and portable powerbank/powerstation diri CDO na naay AC socket?

Context: laptop I own cannot be charged via usb-c it can only be charged using the adapter it came with and it needs to use an actual AC outlet.

I see a lot of it sa Lazada or shopper but I would like to explore local shops din just for warranty purposes
