Does anyone have a favorite brand of loose glitter for nail art or a (quick dry) glitter grabber top coat?

I love doing glitter placement manis with little stars or hearts but my nails are pretty curved and the glitters lay flat on top (not curved with) my nails often requiring like 3-4 layers of a thick top coat which makes for a looong mani process. I have the Glisten and Glow glitter grabber top coat but it also takes quite a while to dry.
