Guest Policy Question

So my boyfriend has been staying in my dorm (I have a single) for quite a bit and technically breaking guest policy. The RAs found out and reminded us about the policy, which has us on edge. I’m just wondering how heavily this is enforced. Will the RAs check/keep track of how often he is staying with me?
