Refrigerator in Basement, dedicated circuit?

Turning our basement into a home theater area. Want installed cabinets and a counter top on one wall, no sink or water. Want to put a small “apartment” refrigerator/freezer for drinks or food for gatherings. I also need to add three outlets to the area, and one for the refrigerator. Does that refrigerator need its own 20 amp circuit or can I use one 20 amp for all four outlets? Other outlets would be for holiday decorations, charging devices, maybe a crockpot, maybe an air popper, NOT a microwave.
