I F(16) got into a relationship with a M(32)

I don't even know where to start. I met M(32) through a mutual friend F(15) about 2 months ago because the guy was the local plug. Him and me exchanged phone numbers and he started texting me more than just about the plug stuff, I replied and the things escalated to us hanging out and a bit flirting with each other. Around a month ago he told me that if he ever made me uncomfortable or unsafe to tell him and he will take care of me or stop anything that he's doing wrong and told me to remember those words, the same day when I was supposed to go home he kissed me and I didn't pull away so we ended up making out. After that day things have escalated again and I ended up going to his place a few times, him going to mine and me losing my v card to him. He's really caring and a good man, he has his own responsibilities, job, his own apartment but the thing is that he gets really mad about nonsense stuff which makes me really really uncomfortable for someone who had an abusive childhood (still didn't reach the adulthood but when I was younger yk) and I haven't told him that yet but we didn't really even get to the point where we can talk about that stuff with one another. Everything else about him is perfect but it's probably because he has so much experience already. I don't know if this is a good idea or not and I need advice on what to do, should I leave him because of our age gap or continue this situationship into something bigger?
