LAZADA and their Refund Voucher issue . DTI

I bought Something in Lazada, and cancelled it, And I was refunded with the voucher equivalent to my refund money.

Bumili ako uli ng product, and I cancelled it, Now, Hindi na magamit ang Refund voucher. ayaw na nila ibalik for the reason that refunds are one time used only.

Now with first day of DTI mediation, Di sila umattend. Binigyan ko uli chance by tomorrow.

Nasa tama ako diba, ibalik sa akin ang pera ko, magugulat ka na lang, ninanakaw nila amg pera ko.
