Problem with Library Address and maybe SSE Engine Fixes

Hi guys,

I've been having trouble with my modded Skyrim. I've been using MO2 to mod Skyrim with around 200 mods. This includes Address Library and SSE Engine Fixes. Now when I had started using MO2, it would delete itself, including Opera GX, the browser I use for everything especially Nexus Mods. I was able to unblock it and put it through the firewall and it worked but that was after it deleted it self around two weeks ago which is when it started having problems. Before, it had been perfectly fine when I reinstalled MO2 (when it deleted itself), enabled my mods and plugins, run it through SKSE loader, boom, I could play for hours. But when it deleted itself around two weeks ago, it started giving me this message:

REL/Relocation.h(711): Failed to locate an appropriate address library with the path: Data/SKSE/Plugins/versionlib-1-6-1170-0.bin.
This means you are missing the address library for this specific verison of the game. Please continue to the mod page for address library to download an appropriate version. If one is not available, then it is likely that address library has not yet added support for this version of the game.

Load Order Library

I have checked my Skyrim version, which is 1.6.1170.0. Yes I downloaded the Address Library that is compatible with my version. I have deleted it, reinstalled it, checked the files, done a CLEAN REINSTALL of MO2 and Skyrim folders, deleted copies, done the verify integrity of game files, looked up everything I can do to no avail. I have been going crazy trying to figure out what to do. I even had my cousin who is really good at computers and stuff like this and he also uses MO2 to mod Skyrim and he sat at my computer for 5 hours trying to see what the problem was. He said it could be SSE Engine Fixes and he even disabled the mods that used SSE Engine Fixes including the mod itself, and he said it ran but when I did the same thing, it would crash on startup. Also I allowed my cousin to delete and reinstall any files that he needed to and it seems he did something with my mod load order to have some of the same mods at the top for me on MO2 with the grey lighting bolt so if it seems there are duplicates, that is why.

I decided to switch to Vortex and it would run, be able to click new but it would crash a little bit after the loading screen. I want to continue using MO2 since it has my saves that's mostly likely over 60hrs worth of gameplay and lots of progress and it's the only save I actually genuinely enjoy and have had fun with in the years I've played Skyrim especially after modding and I prefer MO2 because imo it feels better to use. Please if anyone can help me and speak to me like I am a child because I do not understand the words people use for modding and files and stuff like that. I also cannot figure out where my crash log and ini files are to put here for more information so I apologize.
