PC headphones that control voice chat volume and game volume

Hi gf of gamer bf here. He recently built a PC and said he wishes his headphones could control voice chat volume and game volume separately like it does for Xbox. Do these exist in the $150 range? If not what is a realistic price point? TIA xx
