Can the Tazer & PedalMonster be Used at the Same Time?

While I've seen some other threads asking a similar question, I haven't found a definitive answer for my specific usage scenario.

I understand that the Pedal Monster can replace the Tazer & be plugged into the double bypass in your trunk. My question is: can a splitter be attached somewhere along the line so that they're active simultaneously? If so, will they both function properly?
