Shiny versions of A series cards in B series disproves rotation theories

Title says it all. So many (for some weird unknown reason) thought that A series would be rotating out with the introduction of B series. Even the more likely idea that A would rotate out when we got to C I think is off the table now.

Does anyone still think rotation will happen with this game? I personally am leaning toward it never happening with just a constant stream of cards making older cards less relevant
