What happens if you kill all npcs possible?

I’m talking total psychopathic massacre. I know you can rev NPCs with Wakestones in the morgue. But what if you don’t? Is it possible to leave the world completely empty of humans, beastren and elves?

I’ve been trying to look for posts/videos to see if anyone’s done it before but no luck. Has anyone here done it?
