Shouldn't there be events triple xp or something?

I've been noticing that this season's battle pass is extremely slow to level up, there haven't been any events to get xp or fast levels, to make it worse, the triple/double xp weekends are gone (do they not happen anymore?) And it's really all a very difficult and awful task, it feels disrespectful of my time, I've been playing a lot, some days even unhealthy late and still, level 67, still 13 to go. Has blizzard said anything about xp or events recently, or am I supposed to sacrifice my health playing?
