Program or App to track TV, Music, Movies?

I’m wondering what program or app ppl use to track what they watch or listen to? Can be 3 separate apps or the same one.

I’m not looking for a subscription service. Just something similar to Goodreads, where I can put down what I’ve finished. If it gives suggestions too that’s helpful too.
