A couple of bones to pick

:Dispatch_Cape: Discussion

First, I'll just start off by saying that after finishing my third play through on this game, I'm not even close to tired of it. I just started the fourth game file. Dispatch has breathed new life into the QTE story game genre, and deserves all the praise being heaped on it.

That said....there were a couple of areas that continue to irk me, simply because they're not really well aligned with the characters involved/what we've seen play out in the game prior to these issues.

The first is the scene with Thumbstick after he's been knocked out. Having Courtney, someone who has shown that her default setting is IDGAF, who enjoys crude humour, and had just moments prior, warned Robert that 'these people are killers', yet now we're supposed to believe she'd be worried about his decency?

The only way that scene would have made sense would be if she was trying to fuck with Robert. Basically seeing if she could guilt him into putting away his junk, only to then laugh and tell him she can't believe he actually did it (if the player chooses to tuck them away)

The other issue is with the team immediately trying to get either Sonar or Coupe off the hook, in the immediate aftermath of that character having lead a bunch of RR goons to attack everyone at the SDN building. Which is a bit jarring considering how eager they all were (with the exception of Golem and Flambe) to cast Courtney out when she made a poor (but well intentioned) mistake.

Ok that's my sop box rant. Pretty small gripes, I know. But they just stood out as the quality of writing in the rest of the game is so solid. Guess I'm kind of wondering if there were any moments that seemed a bit out of character/place for others?
