Tonie 2 dead on arrival 2 days before birthday

I’m so upset, I ordered the Tonie 2 box and 6 tonies for my daughter’s birthday on Tuesday. I recieved my order tonight, (after it was delayed 4 days due to the holiday) and I open it up to load up all the tonies and wrap and it won’t turn on. It won’t charge. It’s completely dead on arrival. I reached out to customer support but by the time I hear back, and anything can be done, it will be too late 😔 I know it’s not the end of the world, it’s just really disappointing as a mother when you try to make a birthday special. Thanks for listening to my rant.
