How to charge GITD polishes?

I just put on The Avatar State and I am OBSESSED with how it looks even without the GITD aspect! But this is my first glow in the dark polish and I’m interested in learning how to optimize glow. Any tips and tricks? What’s the best way to charge Mooncat GITD polishes? Infrared light? UV lamp? The sun?
