DMSO for eczema

Hi all! Super new to learning about DSMao. I was prescribed this to put on my skin by my functional medicine doctor and she told me there would be a garlic smell possibly? Does anyone have tips and tricks for a beginner? Also anyways to avoid the garlic smell?
