Valley piercing/butt crack

How long did it take for yours to heal?? I had mine for almost a year now & it’s STILL acting up. Recently and I went on a road trip, slept wrong on my back - irritated it & now it’s been crazy. I spray it twice a day with NeilMed - the type of bar I have is a curved shaped barbell. I love it I’m thuggin it out with the healing process. I just wanna hear stories if you’ve had or have one.
