Help me find a good spine doctor!

Hi everyone, I have been dealing with lower back issues for a while. I was advised medication + physiotherapy, but I haven’t seen much improvement yet. I would really appreciate recommendations for a good spine doctor in Chitwan.

Here is my MRI report:

Mild disc dehydration at L4-L5 and L5-S1

L3-L4: Mild disc bulge, touching the thecal sac but no nerve root compression

L4-L5: Disc bulge causing indentation of the thecal sac + mild bilateral lateral recess stenosis; touches both L5 nerve roots

L5-S1: Disc bulge with indentation + mild bilateral lateral recess stenosis; touches both S1 nerve roots

Overall Impression: Degenerative disc disease in the lower spine. Most significant issues at L4-L5 and L5-S1 where the disc bulges are lightly abutting L5 & S1 nerve roots.
