Career guidance. Looking for suggestions

Is it worth preparing for CAT 2026? I would have 3 yoe upto July 2026 working as SDE in FAANG equivalent firm. (UG from Tier 1).. Main concern with the tech is career longetivity and entry to the key decision making roles, looks like can access those positions/roles only via iim abc mba route. Can understand pay after mba would almost the same as what I earn rn but majorly looking to gather some thoughts around the quality of roles that I can get during mba placements. Bit more background - 9/8/7.. worked in Quant Strats role at bulge bracket bank for ~2 years before moving to core tech
