Should I take DMRD Radio or Anesthesia?

Hello everyone, I have 16k rank in neet pg. I can get dmrd (there is some possibility) in north eastern state or take anesthesia in top gmc of the state. What should I do? I want early settlement and no surgical field. I am also open to new recommendations. Thanks a lot in advance.
