Can’t Reach Chords?

So I’m 15 and I have pretty regular sized hands, but there are some chords that feel like they aren’t physically possible for me. Not that I’m playing them wrong, it’s like I can’t even reach the frets with my fingers. And it’s only these really hard chords that I can’t reach.

Anyone know if there’s something I can do, or if my hands will somehow reach better with practise?
