I just found a kitten. I need advice on what to feed it.

We literally just found the kitten 30 minutes ago and it’s almost 1 am here so we can’t take him to the vet yet. We will take him first thing in the morning though.

In the meantime i need some advice on what to feed it, it looks skinny and it’s really small. It must be about one month old. I have never had a cat before so i have no idea how to take care of one. I have cow’s milk but i read that it’s not recommended for kittens this young so we are at a loss. Please advice us on what to do next.
