How do I stop crushing dysphoria? (it's ruining my life)
I have had everything I wanted, I have had top surgery, gone on testosterone, and heck, I even moved to a place where nobody knows I'm a trans man. I have done the things to help me express who I am. Don't get me wrong, I love myself more then ever, and I am grateful to have everything I do since I know it's hard to get this. But I still experience dysphoria? I am constantly afraid of being seen as a girl, making me not able to express myself. Part of my transition goals was to be happy with myself, but I feel like if I even dare to step out of the ultra-masculine bubble I've made, I will get called a girl again.
Is there a way to stop this fear? I don't care about "looking the part" anymore, because I have done literally EVERYTHING to appear more "male", and I still feel like I'm living in a closet. How do I not give a shit?
