Shipping diving knife and line cutter question.

Hello everyone! Just need some help or insights 🙏

Has anyone here successfully shipped dive tools (like dive knives or cutting shears) from Europe to the Philippines?

I was supposed to receive a delivery from Europe, but the forwarder I used doesn’t accept anything classified as a “bladed weapon,” even if it’s clearly a dive tool.

I checked DHL/UPS/FedEx too, but the shipping quotes are super expensive (up to €300).

If you’ve done this before, or if you know a forwarder or shipping option that accepts dive knives without costing a fortune, your advice would really help. Thank you! 🫶🌊
